Hilltop is between Westpoint and Muldraugh in that weird long thin stretch of farming land that looks like a road itself, where highway and farming stretch cross. Start from either town/City and drive to the other. About halfway between them on the highway you will encounter a long stretch of land that looks tilled, farmed or whatever. But I remember I could change to my character to the survivor character, like make my original character become a npc. They can be a bit buggy though. If left off screen for a while, a npc can decimate a large amount of zombies. If a npc has a gun & is hostile, they can kill you pretty quickly.

I played just a few minutes with the super survivor mod. As far as I remember you right click the NPC and compliment he/she or call it over. Then you right click again and ask if he/she want join you, I remember you have to be fast in asking to join must ask before he/she leaves. After join you can give specific order, always with right click.. 1.I like the mod. And the best settings I found for me so far are, suvivors spawn rate at the lowest. 5% or 0% chance of spawning with guns (because there is always a guy with a shotgun making noise at 2 in the morning attracting zeds).
